Education

Anthony received his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law. At Widener, he was a Widener Merit Scholar and was a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Anthony also holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Holy Family University, where he was a member of the Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society. His undergraduate degree is in Neuroscience from the University of Scranton.

Anthony focuses his practice on special education and school law. He is a member of the bars of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to graduating from law school, Anthony worked in the field of special education for ten years. He has worked in a variety of educational settings, with students of all ages, as a Behavioral Therapist and a Behavioral Analyst, primarily focusing his work with students with developmental and behavioral disabilities.

Anthony has been an Adjunct Faculty in the School of Education at Holy Family University since 2005. His lectures focus on a variety of topics in education, which include special education law, educational evaluation and assessment, IEP development, section 504, and inclusion of students with disabilities.
