Brandon R. Croker completed his undergraduate education at Rutgers University – New Brunswick and then went on to earn both a Master’s of Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University – Camden through its JD/MBA dual-degree program.

While in law school, Brandon earned First Year, Dean’s List, and Dean’s Scholar honors. He served as a Teaching Fellow in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, a Student Leader of the Mediation Pro Bono Project, and a Student Attorney in the Child and Family Advocacy Clinic. He received the Mary Philbrook Student Public Interest Award, a Pro Bono Publico Award for Significant Service, the Hinkle Award for Educating Camden Youth about Law, and the Leonard Zack Award for Academic Achievement. While in the graduate business program, Brandon participated in the Entrepreneurship Team Consulting Program, was appointed to the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honors Society, and earned Magna Cum Laude honors upon graduation.

During law and graduate school, Brandon interned for the Honorable Kenneth S. Domzalski, Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court sitting in the Burlington County Family Part, and externed for the Honorable Marie E. Lihotz (ret.), then Judge of the Appellate Division. He also gained experience in alternative dispute resolution working for the New Jersey Office of Dispute Settlement, as well as in elder law working for a South Jersey firm.

Immediately after graduation, Brandon completed a year-long judicial clerkship, serving as Judge Domzalski’s law clerk. After completing that clerkship, Brandon worked as an associate at a South Jersey law firm, where he focused primarily on complex matrimonial disputes and estate planning and administration.

At Comegno Law Group, P.C., Brandon concentrates his practice in a variety of different legal disciplines, including real estate and land use, wills/trusts/estates, business representation, education and general civil litigation. He has experience in transactional work and litigation and is able to effectively counsel clients on a wide array of issues. Brandon has been involved with litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative tribunals. He regularly appears before planning boards, zoning boards of adjustment and other local boards on behalf of individuals and corporate clients. He also has experience with probate matters, including administering estates, the preparation of wills and estate documents, and estate litigation. Additionally, Brandon also represents public boards of education and independent schools on a variety of issues.

Brandon is a member of the bars of the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is also a member of the New Jersey, Burlington, and Camden County Bar Associations.
