Emily Schrank graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She also completed Notre Dame’s John W. Gallivan Program in Journalism, Ethics, and Democracy, as well as the Education, Schooling, and Society minor. 

After completing her undergraduate degree, Emily worked in the nonprofit sector as a public policy professional at the United Way Association of South Carolina. She then went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school, Emily served as a managing editor for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal and was awarded a Public Interest Fellowship. She also received the Dorothy Day Award for Pro Bono Service, and completed internships with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and the Villanova Law Institute to Address Commercial Sexual Exploitation.

Prior to joining Comegno Law Group, Emily served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable William C. Carpenter, Jr. of the Delaware Superior Court, where she primarily worked on cases in the Complex Commercial Litigation Division.

Emily is a member of the bars of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She concentrates her practice in Education.
