Kimberly Sukinik graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of New Jersey where she was a member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. Kim received her Juris Doctor degree, With Honors, from Rutgers-Camden School of Law. At Rutgers, Kim served as New Developments Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion. She received a Top Ten Brief Award and was an oral argument finalist in the Hunter Moot Court Competition. Kim also participated in the Advanced Trial Advocacy Competition and several pro bono projects which sought to provide legal assistance to the underprivileged.

Following graduation, Kim served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Cynthia Covie-Leese, J.S.C., Superior Court, Burlington County, New Jersey.

Kim provides counsel to various boards of education throughout the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Kim has developed a diverse practice dealing with issues of school building construction, labor and employment, special education and student discipline matters. Kim also maintains expertise and concentrates her practice in the area of labor and employment. Kim regularly handles matters involving the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state based civil rights agencies, and unemployment claims. She also routinely addresses the legal impact of technology in the area of labor and employment.

Kim provides various in-service trainings on all areas of School Law, including providing required administrative training seminars for boards of education and in-services regarding technology in the classroom and how the use of technology may impact employment. Kim serves as an adjunct faculty member at Fairleigh Dickinson University, providing instruction in the area of School Law to graduate students seeking to obtain their administrative certification in the State of New Jersey.

She is a member of the bars of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
