Samantha Skabla concentrates her practice in school law, representing public and independent schools and other members of the educational community.
Samantha graduated with high honors from Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Samantha then received her Juris Doctor and Masters of Public Affairs and Politics as part of a dual degree program with Rutgers-Camden School of Law and the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
At Rutgers, Samantha served as Articles Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Urban Policy and published her student note entitled Charter Schools and Their Effect on Providing Equal Education Opportunities for Students in Philadelphia. While at Rutgers, Samantha participated in several pro bono programs, including the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and the CDRC Mediation Project. In 2006, Samantha served as a Summer Legal Intern with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General – Education Section and participated in the Summer Law Intern Program with the United States Department of Justice during the summer of 2007.
Following graduation, Samantha served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richards F. Wells, J.S.C., Superior Court, Camden County, New Jersey. Samantha is a member of the bars of both the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
