Scott Good concentrates his practice in general litigation, including creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, personal injury and products liability actions, and school and education law.

Scott has extensive experience in matters involving loan workouts and collection, consumer fraud, fraudulent conveyances, products liability, as well as maritime law. He regularly handles defaulted loan/lease obligations, specific performance of contractual obligations, foreclosures, construction actions, preference and fraudulent conveyance actions, non-dischargeability claims, adequate protection, and stay relief motions. Scott also has experience handling business disputes, including general commercial litigation and contract disputes.

A graduate of Villanova University, where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, and a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Juris Doctor, Scott is a member of the bars of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and a member of the Mercer County Bar Association.
