Kimberly Sukinik graduated summa cum laude from the College of New Jersey where she was a member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. Kim then received her Juris Doctor degree, With Honors, from Rutgers-Camden School of Law. At Rutgers, Kim served as New Developments Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion. She received a Top Ten Brief Award and was an oral argument finalist in the Hunter Moot Court Competition. Kim also participated in the Advanced Trial Advocacy Competition and several pro bono projects which sought to provide legal assistance to the underprivileged.
Following graduation, Kim served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Cynthia Covie-Leese, J.S.C., Superior Court, Burlington County, New Jersey. Kim is a member of the bars of both the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
Kim provides various in-service trainings on all areas of School Law, and also co-teaches a graduate level course on School Law at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Peter Sammartino. |
