Richard F. Roy, Jr. joins Group as a Shareholder

The Comegno Law Group is pleased to announce that Richard Roy has joined the firm as a shareholder. Rich concentrates his practice in real estate, land use and family law. His real estate practice spans a broad spectrum of matters, including commercial and individual transactions, obtaining permits and approvals, subdivisions, site plans, zoning issues and litigation and appeal of adverse decisions. In the family law area, Rich has experience with a wide range of issues, including divorce, equitable distribution, premarital agreements, child support, custody, adoption, domestic violence and the enforcement of prior orders.

Prior to joining the Comegno Law Group, Rich was a shareholder at the firm of Archer & Greiner and was a member of that firm since starting in 1987. Rich is an active member of the Camden County Bar Association where he serves as chair of the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Committee. He is also a member of the Cherry Hill Breakfast Rotary and the Bancroft NeuroHealth Golf Committee.

 

John Comegno delivers keynote address at NASP Convention

On July 23, 2008, John Comegno delivered the keynote address to the National Association of School Psychologists in Atlantic City. John’s presentation “Combat Rules for School Psychologists” focused on recent developments in case law and issues related to education law policy, procedure and exposure facing the school psychology and educational community. Last year, John also served as the NASP keynote speaker in Cleveland, Ohio.
