On Tuesday, November 15, 2016, Richard F. Roy, Jr. spoke to local professionals as a part of National Business Institute’s 2-day course entitled “Land Use and Zoning from Start to Finish”.

Topics addressed during the hour-long presentation by Mr. Roy centered on variance essentials, including proving the requirements of use and area variances, proving unique circumstances or conditions, and how to deal with potential detriments to neighbors and the public. This seminar was designed to provide in depth information to attorneys, local zoning and land use professionals, developers and contractors, city planners, civil engineers, architects, real estate brokers/agents, and paralegals.
