Mark Toscano & Taylor Ruilova lecture at 2013 School Law Conference

On February 27, 2013, Mark Toscano and Taylor Ruilova were among the panelists and presenters that the 2013 School Law Conference in Edison, New Jersey conducted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.  Among the other presenters were former New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Virginia Long (Ret.), the Honorable Glenn J. Berman, J.S.C. (Ret.), New Jersey School Boards Association counsel and other school law practitioners and professionals. 

As part of the conference, Mark and Taylor lectured on the New Jersey Education Stability Act and its financial implications for school districts, along with related student residency and placement issues.  The School Law Conference was attended by school district personnel, education attorneys and other public education professionals.
