Comegno and Toscano to deliver National key-note lecture

On July 27, 2011, John Comegno and Mark Toscano will deliver a key-note address to the attendees of the National Association of School Psychologists Summer Conference in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Their presentation, “Legal MUSTs for the Practice of School Psychology: 2011 Update”, will place these partners head to head discussing opposing viewpoints with regard to current issues affecting school psychologists today. Some of these topics will include child find, RTI, student discipline and zero tolerance, common pitfalls in the development and implementation of IEPs, Section 504 eligibility, and recent legal developments.

In the past, John has served as the NASP keynote speaker at the 2007 and 2008 Summer Conferences, and Mark presented as keynote at the 2009 Summer Conference.
