Agency Representation
Firm attorneys handle issues involving the Department of Transportation, Department of Environmental Protection, Council on Affordable Housing, Bureau of Safe Drinking Water, the Environmental Protection Agency, and all other agencies having approval authority.
We regularly counsel clients regarding the extent to which wetlands may impact a project, whether sewer extension approvals are necessary, assist in analyzing the impact an endangered species may have on a project. We enjoy close working relationships with local, county, state and federal officials which allows us to identify and assess whether issues are likely to impact a particular project.
