Some of the most sensitive issues in divorce involve the custody of children.
We assist clients in evaluating the best interests of their children during divorce, and advocate on behalf of clients, putting the interest of children first, to accomplish our client’s custody goals. Ranging from newborn through college-age children, we work collaboratively with psychologists, family therapists, and parent coordinators to ascertain appropriate custody awards and time-sharing schedules.
