Our Family Law attorneys have decades of experience in the division of property, debt, and other matrimonial estate issues. We have specialized experience involving the distribution of business interests, including business valuation and the tax consequences of distribution involving family-owned, and other businesses. We provide a multi-departmental perspective to the resolution of such interests, always keeping mind the practical reality of on-going business interests when handling such matters.
